the humanistic approach company x rules are that all worker must have a different job assignment everday to make the work go out more efficently and the worker's will not become burn out. the superviors in company x gives her certain worker's, who she has a friendship with the easy job assignments. leaving the other worker's with getting the same job assignment twice or three times for the week leaving the worker's burn out,and not producing effiency on the job, or that they are not important, when it comes to company x polices on the job assigments.
solution :
the supervisor x should always go with companies x polices on job assignments for all worker at the company, even for the worker's who she have a friendship with to keep the atmosphere of the workplace free from burn out and the worker happy making the work go out efficently. supervisor x job is to maintain that the work productivity goes out efficently not to maintain friendship with the worker's.stephanie Harlem USA
